We stand by all our rods. What that means is, we will warranty all defects or problems caused by us during the rod making process for 1 year. We will not cover any normal wear and tear items or issues that come from misuse of the rod. If you have any issues please reach out to us and we will discuss the next steps. In case we have to replace your rod and since we use natural wood products for the grips we cannot insure an exact match to what you had. There will be slight variations in the wood. We’ll do our best to get as close to what you had.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 14 days after you have received the product. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. ***ANY ROD CUSTOM MADE OR WITH CUSTOM TEXT ADDED IS NOT RETURNABLE***
Shipping policy
We ship all rods wrapped in bubble wrap in either a PVC tube or a sturdy cardboard box. Please inspect rod promptly after receiving it. We do all shipping through USPS and will provide tracking number. For all in stock rods we will ship out in 2-3 business days. Custom rods will ship out in 4-6 weeks. If you need a rod quicker we will do our best to accommodate.
What are the payment options?
As of right now we use PayPal as our payment option. This way we can offer the best protection for our buyers. For all Custom rod requests we will require a down payment before the build will begin, which we will discuss upon requests. Also please allow 4-6 weeks for completion of all custom rods. We do require full payment before we will ship your rod.
